McDonald's in Porta Westfalica

It was just drive in ... nice service and it was really quick. You don't need to talk about the temperature of the food at mcces ...

On a business trip we made a little stopover at the branch. We haven't been to McDonald’s personally for over a year. We will never visit a fast food chain called McDonald’s again. We ordered our food, there was no please and thank you we were treated rude. After we were on the highway with the bag and later tried to eat in a parking lot. We looked for the phone number on Google Maps from the branch and called there because a return trip was impossible and said that it would be good for the next customers to please hot food and maybe more or less good fried food. My expectations of McDonald’s are not high. But I definitely recommend a different diet than McDonald’s for everyone. There was no apology or other actions. I pointed out to the employee that an apology would be less nice than a discussion on the phone. In short, bad, worse, worst.

Overall great ;-) You will find here delicious food, modern building infrastructure, and generally McDonald's like McDonald's, I give it five stars.

Got to it quickly, waiting time for the meal at Mc Drive was a little longer but got super fresh and hot burgers. Friendly and understandable staff and everyone with face mask.

Staff very unfriendly, you could tell that the end of the day was approaching. Operation on the drive in hardly understandable and overwhelmed. The food was very tasty, even coke didn't taste like water.

I wonder how hard it can be to make a milkshake. The last few times it has only been a watery wash. Inedible !! In addition, there is usually only staff there who do not speak German and are also unfriendly. It's best to go somewhere else! Actually, this restaurant doesn't deserve a star.

Definitely my favorite mcces around here. The shop is bright, always nice and clean, the food is quickly prepared and brought to the place, the staff is friendly

Well organised in terws of the Covid issue. Food standard. I always miss a more spicy taste. The spicy Mc Nuggets help a bit.

15 min waiting time in the entrance because it is too full with 5 occupied tables ... Then to the table outside and then through the no entrance to order ... Nobody disinfects the terminals ... Staff seems very annoyed ... Food careless clapped together ... Yes, Mc Donalds stop ...

For the fourth time now, a lot of things have been forgotten with the mcdrive. As soon as you order more than 2 menus, many things are forgotten. Since this happens more regularly now, I can hardly imagine that something has just been "forgotten". After all, all orders are on the monitor. There is no sorry, no thank you, no please ...

We tried to order online via the app. An order over € 35 did not work. We didn't get any food, were asked a thousand times for the one code, but since we weren't Melanie there was no food. Employees were completely overwhelmed. After 45 minutes we didn't get any food but only a handwritten note that we didn't get the order. Service looks different. But it was debited.

Friday morning, 9:15 am and no coolies available. First allegedly forgot to bake, then due to Corona the delivery was not made. If you don't want the customers to come, just leave it. Got a coffee via the collective pass. Hence 2 stars. It doesn't taste that good without coolies.

The 5 stars are for the incredibly competent and friendly employees in week 32, who coordinated guests, supported employees and responded to complaints in a friendly and professional manner. To be honest, rarely, I've rarely seen someone who is so passionate about their work. I don't think I need to rate the food here

Exemplary when it comes to dealing with customers these days. Great, I'll open the door and a nice lady comes along and asks me if I want to eat at the table or if I want to take the things with me. The reference to the infectious agent came promptly. Everything great. Thank you very much!

Nice and clean

had the misfortune of eating at this restaurant in the 20/7/20 at 1400. I had three interactions with the female staff. All were unpleasant and rude. Short sentences barked and no customer service whatsoever. The staff refused to state her name to use in the complaint One star given for an acceptable playground.

Terrible service..

I really have to say that I was absolutely pleasantly surprised. Very well organized, very nice staff and the food came quickly. I made a mistake when ordering, but an employee immediately helped me. The espresso was also the best at Mc’s so far!

No breakfast menu in the morning!

Staff is rude and pretend they don't speak english. Repitedly shouting something in German language as if you HAVE to know their language. Food was ok, but customer service is rubbish.

Staff wasn't very friendly.

Actually we just arrived in Germany when we stopped at this McDonalds. First I was littlebit disturbed by the strict worker who controlled everyone to wash their hands and wear mask. I forgot the language when I got to cashier, but I was helped out by the customer service, as he offered me to choose between english, russian or germany language, I was really moved by the act to get to choose between the special offers which was actual on the moment. Thank you very much :).

It is McDonald's... ?

The coffee (Café) was unfortunately very disappointing. It was bitter and this may be the case of using too hot water.

OK macdo not so clean food average but can do better for a 5 ?

Modern McDonald's. I am not a fan of the franchise, but the restaurant was clean the staff attentive and the burger well made.

Not good, coffee disgusting, left it and bought orange juice, flat bread with bacon, eventually found a piece of bacon, just a toasted flatbread really. Wont be visiting again. Worst macadees i have ever been to
